Rooms were not very well kept. Rust on fixtures, water damage in the bathroom, and crayon drawings in the furniture. Floors in walk ways were dirtier than most parking garage floors. Breakfast was frozen pancakes and cut up hot dogs (yes, you read thag right). Our door didnt even shut all the way. This place ruined our family trip, we were all miserable the entire time knowing we had to go back to this dump. Dont spend your money here, its awful.

The hotel was older and out of the way. Although two different staff directed me to the hot tub, neither mentioned it was out of order. I left for the park before breakfast so I can’t speak to that. Still, it was safe, clean and quiet so a good value.

The four queen room was very spacious, breakfast was ok but not enough seating. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. The water park although open was freezing, and all the slides were closed. They advertise heated pools, but none were heated not even the hot tub..

This place sucks. Floors are dirty. Light fixers are rusty. Bathroom has water damage on everything. The dresser has crayon drawing on the inside so that was cute. The door to room doesnt even close all the way. The walkways outside the room are dirter than most gas station driveways ive seen. If they spent the budget they used on advertising and edited photos of the place on actually fixing and cleaning things up it could be a decent hotel. But its a dump to be frank. In fact we didnt dare risk the water park for fear of the disaster that would be. Please dont let anyone else waste their money here, they are just trying to take advantage of people. Because of course they charge a "resort fee" outside of hotels or other booking companys so you can't get that money refunded. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to people i dislike.

As acomodações do quarto eram boas. A cama e os travesseiros eram confortáveis, e tudo estava limpo e bem organizado. No entanto, o café da manhã era bem básico e poderia oferecer mais opções. As áreas comuns do hotel deixam a desejar. Os elevadores, corredores e a recepção aparentam ser bastante antigos e desgastados, dando a impressão de que o hotel precisa de uma reforma. Por ser um hotel da bandeira Ramada Wyndham, nós esperávamos uma entrega mais alinhada ao padrão da marca. Inclusive, a fachada tinha apenas uma lona cobrindo o nome antigo do hotel, o que reforça a sensação de falta de cuidado e finalização. Sobre o parque aquático, ele é grande e oferece várias opções, mas percebemos que algumas piscinas estavam com a pintura descascando em vários pontos, o que também poderia ser melhorado. No geral, acredito que o hotel precisa de uma revitalização nas áreas de entrada, elevadores e áreas externas para acompanhar a boa qualidade dos quartos e avançar nas entregas prometidas pela marca.

I will never recommend this place. Loud, water park closed(still chargd for the resort park) Bathroom needs fixed/ help. Small tv. Basic channels. Breakfast really small choice/bland Counter people didnt know alot.i saw alot of peole complaining there key cards quit working (excluding mine). Overall could of found a better place for cheaper.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. My room needed to be switched twice due to dirty sheets, the smells, roach issues, and just dirty. The staff tried to accommodate me with letting me change rooms but even the last room wasn’t what I thought we were going to be accommodated with after all the inconvenience.

The hotel experience was great! Perfect quick getaway! Thank you to Leslie, from Front Desk. Leslie made our stay feel extra special. She provided a professional service and always with elegance and a smile. We enjoyed the water park, pool, chess game, and mini golf. Ran out of energy to enjoy the arcade room. Great experience, clean, safe. Very comfortable beds! Definitely recommend to families and friends of all ages. Kids can't wait to come back!
