Everything was fine. But there was no refrigerator in the room.
Also, one of the staffs was unkind. They did not inform me that my friend needs to sign in even though she was just stopping by. So, I told that staff (her) she needs to inform this in advance when I check in. The important details must be informed in advance. But, she said she does not need to inform about that. I strongly told her that staff members need to inform it in advance because she would not listen to me and did not accept her failure of communication.
What kind of attitude does she have? Customers have the right to know important information like that.
The price was okay and other male staffs were nice, but because of her, I leave poor feedback.
I can always use other hotels in that area. I do not appreciate poor service from her.
