Catfished

Pictures were deceiving. Check in desk area was updated but rest of the place is outdated. Got into the room and the air condition was rattling, the floors were terribly stained and you could see obvious watermarks on the wall under the window from leaking. The bathroom & linens were clean. I did not find the bed or pillows comfortable, but that’s up to individual preference. There is not a marina any longer. The docks have all been removed. Definitely will not be staying again.

First room they gave me had a big dehumidifier in it and a ozone machine set up which your not supposed to be in a room with an ozone machine because it breaks down the oxygen to get rid of smells so me and my family had to go back to front desk and get another room the next room had a stint that after and hour or two me and my 2 kids had a cough that started after we got in room almost like something to do with moisture need less to say long night from me coughing or being woke up by one of my kids coughing

Poor Customer Service

I was told if i wanted to extend my stay, just book it on line so i wouldn't have to check out and check back in. I did as I was instructed and then called the front desk 3 time at 9:38am at 11:45am, I get a knock on my door telling me I needed to go downstairs, I asked for what and was told to talk to the front desk clerk about extending my stay. I had to go downstairs and other than taking my clothes, I had to put another deposit, show my ID ect... ultimately checked out and had to check back in, including another deposit. Also the front clerk was not helpful and rude, to the point that she had to get a manager. Unfortunately, all of that could've been avoided with a proper attitude and a smile.

Great Stay!!! Bridgepoint Hotel & Marina

Danielle @ front-desk greeted me warmly, made my check-in process quick and seamless. Provided check out time & continental breakfast details. The room was very clean and welcoming!! I’m definitely staying here again. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. Rooms and bathroom are modern, there is a coffee maker, iron & ironing board! Plenty of clean towels and provided soap. I appreciated the rate I paid but knowing how nice it is I would easily pay more. The location is perfect, walkable to Union Park and there is a restaurant across the pond - Outback.
