The Place To stay In Goldsboro

Brandy, Kiki, and Shaq were terrific. Large rooms, close to eats and shops and the manager is on top of things. I appreciated the call to determine my arrival time.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was new, clean and more convenient than a hotel. I arrived after closing (didn't notice the hours when I booked) Akilah reached out by way of text giving me instructions on how to retrieve my key she even sent a picture of its location. I will definitely stay here the next time visit Goldsboro. .

Its a newly built building. I like the convenience of a full size frig and a stove.

The room smelled and I killed at least 10 bugs (maybe roaches) during my 2 night stay

Everything was fine

6/10 Good

My first stay was excellent 3 years ago. But late night you have people in parking lot drinking acting like they are at hangout. You go next door Holiday Inn they did not have that. Made reservation in june instead of getting 2 beds I got I bed and a room for free. Which is ok but I should of received an email or something stating you were going to do this.

People hanging out in the parking lots. Broken down car parked at hotel with someone living in it or staying at the hotel.

Will stay again

Very nice place and priced right. The staff was greatly helpful in handling two Amazon packages for me. Right off HWY 70 but far enough to be quiet. I did not use the courtyard but it is unique in my travel experience. I only have two gripes. There were no hangers in the closet and the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low. Otherwise, I recommend this location.

Too much light and noise

Bedroom had blinds but not curtains to block out light - too light for sleeping. Speaking of sleep- good until guy in next room talked on his phone from midnight to 2:05 AM!! I could hear every word.
Kathy, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room size was fantastic. It was very clean & neat. Front desk lady was polite & a very hardworking. Could use some more supplies. A large bowl, a baking pan & more utensils. No one was in the lobby 24/7. We got in late. Our toilet was blocked day 1 & I called the help number & no one answered or called me back. I ended up going out & buying a plunger. Overall we had a great stay. Very comfortable with lots of room.

Good for extended stay

Only complaints were: they didn’t have any extra blankets, so one bed didn’t have one. Could use curtains in bedroom so outside light doesn’t go into room through blinds. The bathroom door didn’t close/lock. Floors are filthy (thank goodness for flip flops because feet were black first day) Fitness center could have a wall separating the laundry from the center, so wasn’t so humid. Otherwise fine for extended days.

Wonderful place to stay!!!

OMG...I love this place so much I'm considering a franchise! Beautiful, clean, quiet, affordable...nothing compares. This is more than a "condo" and much more than a "suite"...it's like a little apt with all conveniences. They have quiet hours (9pm-7pm), a BBQ pit....outside seating for a cookout. It's only 2 stories so you dont hear neighbors. The floors were not carpet, which made it feel clean, too. The ONLY 2 negatives, which were minor, were that there was no shampoo or body wash in the shower containers and the toilet didn't always fill up when flushed (easy to take care of). I met the franchise owner...super sweet and nice. The front desk manager was also so nice when we checked in. I will look for this everywhere I travel from now on. If they are all managed like this one they have me as a permanent guest.

New and clean but missing amenities

I chose this hotel because it had a kitchen and was in a perfect spot for my business trip and had a lower rate than the hotel next door. It was very spacious and very clean and the hotel itself was pretty quiet. However, it was missing several things that would have made my 3 night stay better. There were no pans so I couldn't use the oven and no dish soap to wash dishes. A roll of paper towels would have been nice as napkins and to cook in the microwave. The first night I had to call the front desk because there was no hot water in the shower and they told me "it's backwards in that room." I just laughed but it worked fine after that. There was only one small bar of soap in the bathroom and the shower dispensers were all empty so I had no shampoo for my entire visit (since I didn't pack any). I would call it a "fine" hotel but would likely spend a few extra dollars and stay someplace else next time.
