Great place
Cute hotel with a great price tag! Off the main road so it's quiet but not so far away from the entertainment. We went right after a major snow storm so parking lot was a little rough but overall, enjoyed the stay and will stay again! If you prefer soft beds or fluffy pillows - bring your own.

Unfortunately, we came to Branson following their huge snowstorm. The city was basically closed for two days making the stay incredibly boring.

Mediocre at Best (DISGUSTING Breakfast!)
Pros: +Room was clean +Comfortable hot tub Cons: -Hot buffet breakfast was dull and flavorless, if not gross. The scrambled eggs were runny beyond belief -NASTY!- and the ultimate scrambled eggs were overdone and the meat in them was old and dry. Just disgusting. The "sausage" patties were not sausage at all, but turkey. They tasted awful too. There was NO WAFFLE IRON!!! Eight thumbs down for that. -Bedding was hugely insufficient. They give you two top sheets and one thin blanket. I could have easily slept with three times as much bedding (minus five sheets..) -The single set of curtains in the room were not enough to block out the light. Bright light bled through all around the window. Light even bled under the door from the hallway. -There is no temperature setting on the air AC/heating units, only the old & outdated hot-to-cold knob. So you have to use trail and error to set the temperature of the room and determine where you like it. Then it's a whole other guessing game temp wise when you're ready to sleep. -When we arrived, the exposed power strip that the TV, microwave, and fridge were plugged into, was switched off, meaning the fridge was cold upon arrival. -TV remote was broken or incorrectly programmed and wouldn't turn off the TV. -Less than 100 TV channels available on their "cable tv". In today's cable TV world, it felt like no options at all. -Arcade room had a handful of single player, pay-to-play games. No multiplayer games and no classics. Booo!

Winter Stop
My wife and I decided to stay in Branson a few days and reading the reviews this looked like it would be good place. It is a nice hotel, clean rooms, nice amenities and very friendly staff, breakfast was very good and plentiful. We had to leave a day early due to a snow storm (8.5 in) and everything shutting down but would have enjoyed staying longer.

It was clean
Pillows were very hard. It was clean and the pool and hot tub area were clean and kept up. Breakfast was mediocre-sausages were cool, breads were stale and no fresh fruit.

Couple after holiday get away
The main building and check in was nice and quick we were suprised at the difference in appearance of building 2 where our room was. Very old and not eye pleasing desperate need of upgrade. Our room was next to house keeping storage very loud. Bed was hard woke up everyday with a backache, pillows were not bed size more like decoration pillows. Our toliet got cloged called to have it fixed waited 1hr and had to call back before someone showed up. Breakfast was really good and had a lot of great options just poorly designed making it kind of hectic. Was really excited to stay here but didn't impress. When people are checking in as a couple and you place them in the building with the majority of kids. Thought needs to be put into it before assigning rooms

Good location.
Very good location off Main Street so less traffic. Branson traffic can be brutal. Walked next door to frozen yogurt place. Hotel buffet was great. Communal dining made it possible to visit with other guests.

The stay was good but only 2 nights but the room was spacious and clean. We had a in room tub and was able to relax after a long day of walking around and site seeing.

Disappointed
The walls were paper thin you could hear everything inside or out. There quite time started at 11:00 PM. If you want a place to sleep this is not it. You could hear people running on the floor above us.we won’t be back

Will think twice before staying here again
There were several issues we had wirh our 2 night stay at this property 1. There was no daily room service. That is fine but we did call down to the front desk the morning after our 1st night and ask for new towels. We were assured they would be delivered during the day. After a day at SDC we returned to find no towels were left and room looked like it did when we left that morning. I tried ti call the front desk to ask for towels but no one answered. Being 10 pm we just reused towels from previous day 2. While lying in bed on the first night i saw what looked like a gunshot splatter over the other bed on the ceiling. It had been tried to be cleaned off the ceiling but it was pretty obvious something had been splattered on the ceiling. Surely it wasn't blood ( maybe wine or soda from a previous guest) but it didn't look appealing at all. Also there were stains on our comforter. I found it ironic that on the tv stand there was an envelope asking for tips to be left for th housekeeping staff and directly behind it was a sign saying there is no daily room service during your stay. I stayed here before (several years ago) and had a tottally diffrent experience. Very disappointed with this stay. ROOM 2203

A great knight's stay
The rooms were very clean and we would stay again. The only complaint was the upstairs floor creaked everytime someone walked across the floor. I'd just request a top floor room. Highly recommend. Very convenient to everything but off the main road enough to avoid a lot of heavy traffic.
