Room was fine and clean. My problem was the beds and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Not a lot of restaurants nearby. Seemed like a safe area though.

Bad Experience

We booked our hotel and received an email confirmation. When we checked in they said they could not find our reservation in the system. We also found out that there was no room available. We drove 12 hours and finding out that we didn’t have a room ready for us was very disappointing. I would not stay in this hotel again. In the future we would call the hotel ahead if there was a room waiting for us or they could find our reservation in their system. :(

Sink would not drain. Hair still remained from the last person. Stains on the sheets. Seemed as if they did not change the bed sheets before we stayed.

We booked AND PAID IN ADVANCE for a room with 2 queen beds for 3 adults. But the room they gave us was a room with 1 king bed and an uncomfortable sofa bed. We tried to call the front desk to ask to switch to a room with 2 queen beds. But no one answered, so we walked down to the desk for help. After waiting in line around 25 minutes, we were told we would have to pay $60 more to get a 2-queen room. We didn't want to do that, so we stayed with the king/sofabed room, and my daughter had to sleep on the sofabed. There were a few other smaller issues. I took a bath, and then the tub plug would not pop open to drain the tub. We had to wedge some aluminum foil into it to keep it open to drain. And at the swimming pool, there were only 3 towels -- not enough for all the guests using the pool. I would have asked the front desk for more pool towels and for help with the tub, but the one staff member was very busy with other people checking in.The staff member was perfectly pleasant, but just too busy. (And unable to get us the type of room we had ALREADY PAID FOR.) I'm not impressed and will not be back. However, I will say that the hotel was clean and felt safe.

Accommodations were comfortable and clean! Breakfast was more choices than our past ten days at other hotels! The pool was open and we found others to be closed, blaming Covid!
