Construction, but staff made it ☆☆☆☆☆
The hotel was undergoing lobby remodel and walked into construction and we were very confused. The free breakfast wasnt as we wanted, and was grab and go. BUT, the staff was very apologetic and accomidated us with amazing service. The lobby will look great when its finished! Our kids swam in a very clean pool, the rooms were very clean and quiet! After the fact, We had a great stay and would stay here again!!

Our stay at the quality Inn was it was OK. It was under construction when we went down there so we didn’t get to use the elevators and like the main lobby was off-limits because they were workers there there was no issues with the room aside from their being like really then toilet paper but if you bring your own, you’re OK I would go downstairs for breakfast a little earlier we went down around nine an hour before it was supposed to end and there was no food left so that’s just little things I would count for

Just Okay Due to Construction
First time staying at this hotel in Glenwood. I can't give a bad review due to construction, but I also can't give a great one due to construction. It has to be done at some point to update. The room was fine for the most part, and clean. The 'breakfast' at this time is a frozen burrito and apples/oranges and a couple fruit juices. Again, I understand they can't have the full breakfast as advertised, but maybe throw in a muffin or something else additional. I don't recommend staying here during construction, especially for the price they're charging for weekends. I'd wait and stay here when they're done--it's probably a good place to stay.

Don’t stay here.
It’s probably the worst stay we have ever experienced. The Hotel was under construction, If your web site would have had a warning, we would have not chosen this hotel. Our tv never worked, and the staff never could find the time to fix it, even after numerous requests. Then the water was out most of the day on Saturday, leaving us unable to shower or use the bathroom.

Can't be beat for the price!
Very clean older hotel. For the price, it can't be beat. I was pleased at the level of soundproofing the room had. I will definitely stay here again on return trips.

Worst stay!
Worst stay. Asked for first floor room, ended up on 3rd; room door was so struck I had to push with both hands to open and close; toilet lid not stable; wifi in and out; phone in room to call about wifi not operable; TV unplugged, had to move the fridge to plug it in, no internet service; standing lamp was broken, on/off switch taped closed, had to plug in and out; desk clerk on checkout, when I told her about these issues when I checked out, could not have been more unresponsive, never made eye contact. Never say never, but I will not stay here again.

Good Location Poor Service
The hotel has a very good location in Glenwood springs. The overall condition of the hotel is a bit run down. We were not happy with the response of the front office staff to questions about the Wi-Fi access the staff member was preoccupied with personal concerns and responded in a Kurt way.

Great river view
When we arrived 2 weeks after booking the room it had not been cleaned. Bed was a mess towels on the floor. They quickly gave us a different room. The view of the river was great. Phone in 2nd room did not work so i had to go down to the office every time I needed something. Kind of a pain. The staff was friendly enough and they were training a new desk girl. Overall id give them a 3.4 out of 5. Price made it bearable.
