I never had such a bad experience in a hotel. When my wife and I arrived at the hotel, the person checking in was very unfriendly. Also the bathroom was not clean since I found human hair on the floor. And to finalize the bad experience, someone entered our room and checked us out before 11:00am when we arrived to the room, a lady was already cleanning and put out our groceries out of the room. The only good thing about that hotel is the location. We will never go back to that place,

Très déçue!!!
Voyage en famille à quatre. Chambre réservée permettant de loger quatre personnes. On s'est retrouvés avec un lit et un sofa à déplier dont le matelas sale ne faisait qu'un mètre de large. Aucune solution de trouver par l'accueil. On a dû passer deux nuit comme ça. Cerise sur le gâteau : nous étions juste au dessus de la laverie de l'hôtel. Essorage toute la nuit! Que du bonheur !!!

I had to wait 27 minutes to check in since there was nobody at the front desk. Employee showed up a said he was at the restroom. He did not leave any sign. In room not TV working, no AC working either. Very rude personnel.

Bad Experience
Check in at 3:30 pm one of the room still not ready. And the other room has a broken sofa Bed, thy gave us another room but the room is not clean yet dirty towels on the floor, and gave us another room on the 3rd floor finally that room was ok, Jason the front desk said he will give us discount for the inconvinience but he did not.

Nos dieron una habitación triple en vez de cuádruple. No nos hicieron ni caso en recepción, nos dijeron que no había habitaciones disponibles. Una trabajadora de origen colombiano muy amable apareció en nuestro rescate y nos trasladó a una habitación con sofá cama doble (resulta que sí había). El personal de recepción horrible, la trabajadora de 10. Afortunadamente hay gente buena dispuesta a ayudar cuando tienes un problema

Please do not post on hotel page that they have a breakfast since it includes just coffee and a muffin. Just say coffee and a muffin. Do not mislead your guests. The fire alarm came on 3 times between 11pm to 6am and the hotel staff even not apologized, let alone offering some kind of compensation. Definitely the first and last time I’m staying in this hotel.

This hotel has a lot to be desired. I am not sure if we were just unlucky or the whole building is in the same condition. The room was falling apart, it also smelled funky. I dont think I will come back.

Desk attendant didn't show up for 1/2 hour. Then she was unfriendly. Room smelled like mold, one whole hallway was blocked off with water laying on the floor in the hallway, filthy room, fold out bed had food crumbs all on it, cabinets falling off or missing handles. No coffee maker. Do not stay here! Disgusting! They wouldn't refund me when I complained and we left a night early.
