Pool advertised but not in service. Ice machines in all floors broken. No vending machines. There was a mini mart in the lobby but the only drinks they had were water and Mountain Dew. No microwave in the room nor freezer in the mini fridge. These were all things that were included in the amenities list but were not available after all. Breakfast baggie was terrible also. It was hard boiled eggs, lousy muffin, yogurt, mini OJ. This was the first time that I have ever been disappointed with a Hampton Inn Hotel.

Friendly staff easy fast check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet also. Unfortunately the pool and jacuzzi was not open due to Covid.

We did not stay. We checked out about 15 minutes of checking in. The staff was not very professional and not honest. The pool and other amenities were not open for use. This was NOT listed on my booking and there was NO signage in the lobby or at the front desk. The staff did NOT inform us of this at the time of check in. As a consequence of checking in, I was charged the entire fee even though I was not staying the night. Which I do understand is the policy. If I had been informed of these closures I would have never checked in. Guest should be notified of major amenity changes or changes in hotel policy at the time of check in. The staff said the pool had to be closed because of COVID restrictions, which was a lie. I was able to book a night at a competitor and their pool was open, as the restrictions did not call for closures. Also, there were 4 staff members at the front desk sitting around and not managing guests only 1 was, which lead to a back up of guests waiting. Multiple staff were wearing their masks incorrectly and when I was trying to cancel my booking the staff member was talking on her personal cell phone and engaging another staff member in personal conversation. Overall I was a very poor experience and I will not be booking with this hotel line again.

Pool wasnt open, real breakfast wasnt being served! And we had multiple issues with our key cards.

Staff was great always friendly and helpful. Was there for more than a week and was completely comfortable and happy. Wish the pool had been open but COVID. The walls are a bit thin so noisy neighbors are troublesome that was my only complaint

Staff was great. Condition of hotel rooms is horrible. 1st room:no heat (37 degrees that day) and cracked window on first floor. Moved to 2nd room:door had to be shoved closed, walls dirty and wet bar sink drizzled dark brown water then stopped working. Draperies run down. Not really suite sized. Hampton/Hilton...you should be ashamed about the condition of this property.

Hotel was not up to par for a Hampton Inn. Had to fix the door hinge so the door could shut properly. Hall of our floor smelled and reeked of “smoke”. Had to complain about about 3 separate times.
