We stayed for two nights, our room never got cleaned, the trash was never touched and was overflowing, we didn’t have any towels we had to call down and ask for towels. The breakfast was TERRIBLE and the workers were very rude. We woke up to our window leaking water from the rain/ snow. The rooms are good size but that’s the only plus.

the hotel was booked solid but majority was college students that were in town for some competition, so in the morning you could not even go downstairs and get anything so I just left to go elsewhere. And they were not bad in noise or anything but could hear them through the walls all night . But for their age and college they were respectful in all.

Very nice and clean. Some of the property has gotten a little worn down. The bathtub has chipping paint. The door wouldn't lock without a lot of effort. Most disappointing is that this is the second time we have stayed there in the last 6 months and the hot tub is still out of order! The staff is very nice though!!

Dirty for prices per night paid
Front desk woman was quick and friendly, when we got to our room the door lock was open and door was open. Upon entering, we noticed stuff all over floor (didn’t appear vacuumed) and multiple cup/wTer marks on nearly every surface. I told the front desk worker and she offered to clean it real quick but we asked if there was another room available. There was one other option so we took it. That room was cleaner, however most of the washcloths had stuff in them (old lint or something) so my daughter did not want to use those on her face. For the price we paid it was definitely a disappointment l

The key card system was not working upon arrival. They had to let us into our room by unlocking it. The doors at both ends of the hotel were standing wide open which is not safe. The room was not clean - one of the queen beds did not have sheets on it. It is a very very old hotel. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Very Disappointing
Trip started with the card reader not working so front desk had to walk all guests to rooms and unlock doors. They were not very friendly and I was told could use digital key with phone but they didn’t know how to set up. Finally got to room and floors were sticky and very dirty. I wiped the floor with a wash cloth and it was black! Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Saw bug walk across floor in bathroom. When we checked in the body wash in shower was empty and we asked for the room to be cleaned and filled while we were gone and it never was. This will be our last time staying at a Hampton Inn hotel.
