Rooms had food on floor. Missing handle in one bathroom. Other bathroom did not shut properly. One room stunk and was must. The other had centipedes running along the floor. Staff was slow and uninterested. I will nevwr stay at another hotwl of yours.

Very best up hotel for the price, pool was dirty and they ran out of towels for the rooms and pool. Rooms smelled of mildew and carpet was very dirty. Breakfast was not work having it at all. I would have expected more from this chain. Worse place I have stayed in years and stay at a hotels often for the kids activities.

We had a horrible time and would like a refund. I arrived to our room (302) and the room was disgusting. The sheets were ripped, the floor was sinking in, and I asked for another room. We were given another room (312) and that room was even worse!!! The toilet was dirty, the above bed frame had finger prints and hand prints on it, the closet door handle was broken. It was honestly the nastiest hotel I have ever been in. My wife went down stairs and requested a refund and the worker at the desk handed her the landline phone and asked her to translate English to her customer because she couldn’t understand what the customer was saying. It was a HORRIBLE experience. We got in our car and drove 10 minutes down the road and found a MUCH NICER hotel! Will NEVER BE BACK!!!!

No light in the vent light in bathroom portable AC unit in room was full of water so that means no one checked it. No hand towels did have bath and washcloths, no shampoo in the dispenser. No napkins at breakfast and said it would be an hour before she could get some. At check out girl at desk said she was sick and no uniform to identify she worked there.

First, I was extremely disappointed of this stay especially with the money i paid for a weekend stay til Monday. The pictures in the advertisement for this property are extremely misleading! The hotel reaped of an old musty smell...the breakfast was absolutely not worth waking up for, there were several leaks throughout the hotel, then to make things even worst, a breaker kept going off inside my room everytime i tried using the microwave and I never saw the maintenance guy they promised to send over, so my refrigerator stayed off all weekend...it was just a very disappointing stay...and im usually not hard on amy hotel, but this one felt worse or equal to an Motel 6 stay in the hood someowhere...just want better improvements.

This hotel was okay. We only saw a housekeeper on Monday when we got there and Thursday afternoon. We checked out Friday morning. We had to ask for trash bags so we can take our trash out. We had to go down to the front desk everyday and ask for towels. And on Wednesday they didn’t have any towels so we had to wait. And the lady had to go to another room to get us towels. The lady at the front desk had mentioned they were short of staff. The hallway to our room hadn’t been vacuumed since we got there, since Monday. When we got to the room , the room didn’t smell clean, but smelled musty. The room wasn’t to clean and it was dust on the headboard and nightstands. There was mold on the wall and looked like on the mattress cover. We had to ask the housekeeper that afternoon if we have some Lysol wipes so we could wipe down areas in the room. We told her we needed to clean our room because it was dusty and there was mold on the wall, and she said “ well good luck with that.” The shower rod was off the hinges and the shower curtain didn’t stay put when showering. The breakfast was pretty good. The outside trash cans were overflowing with trash but the property was well kept. Overall it was an okay stay.

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and we never got the room cleaned. The overall hotel was ok but not the best.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and nice. A family kept letting there kids run around late at night yelling in the hallway and when we arrived our room was ready and we had to wait almost an hour. People left trash in the elevators. Staff were nice, other people staying were not and no one got on to them for being disruptive and disrespectful to the other guests.

My stay was really subpar, when I went to initially check-in they asked for a credit card for incidentals which was $25, ok fine all hotels do that. A few hours later I look at my statement and was charged over $300 for incidentals. Got it reversed not an issue. Once I go to do my inspection of the room I notice the toilet seat had only 1 screw holding it on so when you sit down it slides all over the place. The shower did not have hot water at all. The jets in the garden tub were disgusting; visually they looked clean but once I turned them on previous guests dirt came flying out. The bed was hard and extremely noisy. Every turn it creaked and squeaked. Front desk workers had a nasty attitude when I asked for fresh towels and insinuated I lied about not having any towels in my room, dirty nor clean. This was my first trip to biloxi as an adult and my stay at this hotel is definitely not one to talk about.

When we got there, we noticed there wasn’t a fridge in the room at all. There was a place for it, but it was empty. No soap in the room at all. There was body wash and lotion, but no handsoap or soap in the shower. A few pieces of trash was in the bathroom upon arrival, tags from clothes from someone else. The key to the room didn’t work when my husband returned after midnight. He went to the front desk, they reprogrammed it but it still didn’t work. I woke up and let him in. There was also renovations being done in the room, the plug outlet wasn’t attached to the wall and the water sprinkler on the ceiling was dangling.

Worst experience ever. Was only allowed 3 towels for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was served cold and had only eggs, waffles and yogurt. No condiments. Was promised we would get our deposit back but was never given a receipt showing our deposit for our peace of mind, but was told they were out of paper. Sheets needed to be changed but was told they didnt have anymore. The only positive about the hotel, was the location. The pictures are decieving for sure. The whole hotel was ran by 1 woman behind the front desk. She apparently had to do everything from cleaning the lobby to preparing breakfast to doing the laundry. When she was away from the desk, my wife and i had to wait for nearly 15 or so minites for her return.

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The place was very quiet and the young lady at the front desk was very nice.
