Nice hotel, undergoing renovation, my room was clean and comfortable with one minor issue. The shower head is tiny and the water was coming out sparingly. This could be improved upon.

Dissatisfied

First of all, the hotel was under construction and no one told me that! I drove up to a hotel after driving four hours to see huge garbage disposal bins outside, floor a mess, paint spotted on walls, men painting. Then I asked if early check in was available and they said no, that only one floor was open now due to construction. Then I said no one told me that! They did not care and showed no empathy. It was 95 degrees just wanted to shower before evening conference. Then we returned at 1045 to go to room and hall ways stunk… a terrible chemical smell even on our floor. We got to room and room still smelled. Then I opened up cabinet to get a glass out and the glass smelled like the chemical smell. I asked the front desk for a plastic cup because all the cups and silverware smelled… they said no we don’t have any, we are under construction! What a disaster!! Then that night someone in the floor fell out of their bed… perhaps died it was so loud. I almost called 911 but I heard little feet walking around the room after the fall! Found they to be quite ironic because the guy that checked us in initially said there is no third floor. I have multiple pictures to show - that give a great description of what the hotel was like. I will be doing many more business trip and college tours in the area but will never go to this place again. I would like a full refund of my stay!

1st floor is a mess

This hotel was under construction. The whole first floor was torn up. Still charged full rate and even charged for parking. It's not easy to find. Check out staff couldn't get off cell phone long enough to pay attention. Didn't even get to sleep here. We had to go to work and then check out in the morning. Most expensive shower I've ever taken.

Horrible place to stay !

Don’t get carried away by the rating. It’s a horrible place to stay. Lot of drunken arrogant people staying there long term and they behaved rude. Rooms smell like rotten eggs and they don’t even have a proper ventilation.

Good hotel close to places

Great location near the Burlington Mall and a bunch of good restaurants. Walking distance to all of them. Place was good they are doing upgrades which is good. Rooms were spacious and clean. AC could use an update. Bathroom was good. Shower had good water pressure. Service was friendly and responsive. A bit far from the city though a 30 min ride isn’t horrible though the traffic can suck at times going into Boston. Over all a good inexpensive place to stay.

Don't Stay Here - quite awful - unclean, unkept

Our first room was filthy and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There were large black stains on the rug. We called the desk and were moved to another room. Second room looked like someone was already staying in it, which was quite alarming. But the desk agent assured us that was not the case. The bed looked like someone had been sleeping in it, there were dirty towels and a used glass in the bathroom, and the toilet seat was up. Turns out the room had not been cleaned. It was 9:45pm and they had no other rooms. The desk attendant brought up new bedding and made up the bed. He wiped things down but there were no vacuum cleaners, toilet brushes, or anything else involved but fresh bedding and some wiping up in the bedroom and bathroom. No iron or ironing board. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. It didn't feel clean, and we didn't want to stay, but it was late and we were checking out in the morning. Also, the hotel is set back from the road, which is fine but we had trouble actually finding it. The parking lot could have been better lit. The hotel was 2 days away from a big renovation and carpet had already been stripped from the hallway baseboards and there was debris and lots of staining. It was unsettling. Highly recommend you find another place to stay.
