房間乾淨又漂亮，離景點也很近，附近交通也很方便。 飯店員工都很親切，吃早餐的地方景色很漂亮，可以看到海峽和很多海鷗。 下次再到伊斯坦堡還會選擇這裡！

It could be better with this price in Istanbul
The staff Kadir was very helpful he helped us translate to the taxi driver and recommended some tour to us. The room is small but comfy however the bed was combined with teo single bed which is not very comfortable because it moves to side during the night and we could not sleep in the middle because its protruding. And although the location is close to tourist attractions but it has many slope to walk for those dosent like exercise or have bad leg im not recommended.

Teşekkür ederiz çok memnun kaldık
Oldukça güzel bir deneyim yaşadık.Fiyat oldukça iyiydi. Odalar bakımlı ve temizdi.5 yıldızlı otelde olabilecek her türlü ekipman vardı.( duş jeli,şampuan,saç kremi,ayakkabı süngeri v.b.) En son kahvaltıda kötü bir anı bekledim. Ama yanıldım. 30 çeşit kahvaltılık ürün vardı. Lokasyonun mükemmelliğinden bahsetmiyorum bile. Kısacası İstanbul’da tatil yapacaksanız bu hotel bütün ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılar

otel çok merkezi bütün önemli mekanları yürüyerek rahatça gezebilirsiniz, ulaşım çok rahat tramvaya yakın. Odalar küçük ama temiz, kahvaltı güzel. Küçük şirin bi otel tavsiye ederim.

Very good option for the price, well-located area and friendly staff. Only negative was the transfer service. It literally took us 2hours to find the person. It did look unsage as it was a young man smoking and not giving proper instructions. After a while he gathered a group and we were quickly assigned to a driver. Neither the driver, car or the young man waiting for us at the airport were wearing or using anything with the logo of the Tour Company they advised. I was very worried throughout all the course from the airport to the hotel as it is an extremely far airport as well. I would noy use the transfer services ever again. Better to get a taxi or a transfer from a real company tour. But as far as the Hotel, I recommend the stay as per the reasons above

Great location, helpful staff, walking distance to many top sites, good sized room and facilities. Karim was very helpful in arranging airport transfer and assisted me in with relocating my misplaced phone.

Please do not stay at this hotel and save your money. The rooms did not have functioning air conditioning and given the weather being in the 90s, it made trying to get ready or sleep in the rooms unbearable. The staff was notified in the morning of these issues and did nothing about it the whole day we were out. We were moved to another room, but the air conditioning in this room broke within 30 minutes. There were no fans available either. This was all occuring after 11pm and well into 1am, when we were trying to rest after a long day of exploring. The owner refused to refund anything for this and stated the only option was to stay in the unsuitable room. If you try to leave the windows open, there are megaphones from a nearby mosque pointed directly at the hotel that are extremely loud throughout the early morning and evenings. This is by far the worst accomodation I have ever stayed at. Please do not bring your family here. I'm sure there are many better and more reputable hotels in the area.

Was greeted & welcomed at least 6-10 mins after arriving while receptionist was on his phone. Bed has hair under the top sheet. I understand it’s a beautiful, historical building but the walls lack sound privacy as I was up all night hearing the gentleman in the next room coughing. It was very loud, almost unbearable. I was also places on the -1 level which felt like a basement next to the hotels bathroom so I could hear each time it being used. Overall a cute hotel & worth the price paid but would not rate it 4.5 stars. Thank you for your service overall.

A rapid 5-10 minute walk to a variety of locations, this cute hotel works to offer support to their guests getting oriented. However, sited amongst narrow streets, Uber may decline to take you there (our almost driver said he would do it off-app for double the price, we bailed and caught a taxi instead.) The hotel did help arrange a reasonably priced van ride back to the airport. Breakfast is a simple mixture of foods, but a welcome starter to the day if you don't want to spend eating out every meal.

Hotel was conveniently located close to the blue mosque and Grand Bazar. Room was a reasonable size and was clean. Only thing that let it down was the AC was not working and due to this, the room was humid and was forced to open windows which had some late night traffic noise.
