When I first arrived, their was a holding fee of $250 that i didn't know about in case something was to get broken in the rooms. So not only did i have to have the amount for the one night stay, but also the $250. I tried to pay in cash for the room, but was told by front desk that they dont do alot of cash transactions. So she had no change to break. So i had to leave and go to get exact change to pay for the room! Once in the room, the only complaint i have is the stains that were in the shower from water residue. It wasn't a good look.
With this same front desk staff member, she gave my mother a bad attitude because the key to the room wouldnt work and we had to get new keys. We tried to brush off that she had a attitude with my mother, but we also ran into another resident that said she had a bad attitude with her also and she had to talk to her about it and stated she will be giving a bad review for her stay also! Last but not least, my son vomited on the bedding, so i needed someone to come and change the bedding. Went to the front and the same lady on staff told me they dont have any staff to come clean it up and told me i would have to change the bedding myself and gave me the sheets and pillow cases. Forgot to give me the quilt and i had to return to the front to get the quilt! We only stayed one night and that one night stay was a bad experience. Next morning staff was better. But already had the bad experience.
