酒店比較有點舊,但房間整潔乾淨,前台也很友善,地點也算方便,步行10分鐘左右也可到出名Queen Street Mall shopping,價錢也算合理,整體而言都很滿意。

A hotel that I would be pleased to come back again
The room was clean and very spacious. The location is perfectly closed to the Central Station as well as the nearby Queen Street where one can get almost everything. The room has a small kitchen and equipped with utensil. The only thing that I would love to add to the kitchen was a frying pan or a saucer for doing a little cooking.

房間極小,酒店簡介有提供上網服務,故此我們預訂此酒店,但怎料當check in 後發現竟然是並沒有提供上網,後來員工告訴我們只是我所屬房間沒有提供,感覺像被騙•••••
I liked the art deco building.I don’t mind old buildings. It was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is great, walk into city, close to lots of cafes and shops. I would definitely stay again. I did thing it was too exciting though.

The rooms are very outdated and one of our rooms needed some work done. The bi-fold doors to one of the rooms was not in working order and off the runners which made it unsafe. There were lights not working and a large exposed rusted area where there used to be a clothes line in the shower and mould in the bathroom. We were also advised that it was our responsibility to keep the room clean, which we didn't mind but there was no working vacuum or one available for us to be able to keep the room clean. When asked if they could vacuum to try keep the rooms tidy we were told that we would be charged if the cleaners were to do it. The freezer of the room was built up of frost and there was left over food/drinks from other guests left in the fridge. The top of the curtains had a layer of dust on them and areas around the room had not been cleaned properly. Some of the cupboards had dust/dirt through out, we were not comfortable even using the kitchen items such as plates, pots, cups or kettle.

Not impressed
I am afraid it is not going to be a good review from me. We were in room 609, and it was very outdated, not even close to the photos online. Very disappointing. The place needs serious attention. A good clean and cosmetic improvements. As soon as you got out of the elevator, we could smell cat urine. In fact, we met the black cat on our way to our room. The manager was very friendly and helpful.
I cannot recommend apartment 609 at the moment. My colleagues had mixed reviews. Some had beautiful upgraded rooms, while the majority of them felt it was not worth the money we paid.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it looked nothing like their photos. I do not recommend people stay here.
There were so many things wrong with the place that I lost track. The kitchen bench and various surfaces throughout the apartment were so unclean and sticky that we immediately went to the store and purchased cleaning products. We scrubbed everything we could, but there was just so much we could do in a night.
We retched at seeing leftover food in the microwave from the last guests. The oven was barely better with coatings of food juices baked into its interior surfaces and trays. More leftovers were found in the fridge. The freezer was badly in need of defrosting.
What else? There were copious amounts of dust on the drapery and surfaces — even on the roof! Various hairs were found throughout the apartment and in drawers. Fittings for doors and cupboards were loose, missing, or broken. For some reason the elevators and hallways smelled like thirdhand cigarette smoke, especially on the 5th floor.
Given all this, we asked to check out early with a refund for the remaining nights. Was offered a different room with different problems instead. Still had mold in the shower and surfaces were greasy or sticky. I felt forced to accept on the basis that it was a very slight improvement in cleanliness and it didn't otherwise seem likely the manager would do the right thing by letting us leave without taking our money.
