The room wasn’t very clean. The floor needed vacuumed and the bathtub was dirty. There were no kitchen utensils and no coffee pot or coffee in the lobby.

We stayed one night and when checked into our room it was nothing like the photos online. There was mold in the tub/ shower area. Hole in the ceiling by the vent, water bugs All over the bathroom floor, holes in the couch, stains also on furniture.

They were having issues with evicting more permanent guests. The hallway smells like pee near my first room. Switched rooms because the pullout couch i needed was broken. Second room had a broken toliet, the pullout coach was dirty. Staff was great on trying to fix the issues.

I travel from Chicago to Mishawaka Indiana to stay at one of your location I get there and the manager informed me no more rooms available and on top of that they did not except cash. It was just one of the worst days of the month I’ve been through. I would never stay at one of your locations or recommend it. Sorry for the bad review. What is the truth? Never have I ever paid this much for a room.

It was in a great location and the girls at the front were SO nice!! The room on the other hand, needed to be cleaned. There was a random M&M on the floor and the desk had some sort of food crust that was completely missed when it was “cleaned”. Our shower head also wasn’t turning on so we got to take showers with just the main water faucet. The bed was nicely made and clean (i throughly inspected it) there is NO way this room should have been 6 times the amount of what they regularly charge just because of a football game. Oh well. 😂

Do Not Stay Here

After driving across country to this place. No sheets for sofa bed which was in broken down condition, No supplies in kitchen. No microwave, no coffee pot, no cooking utensil etc. they wanted us to rent them or go to the Dollar Store to purchase. The room door did not latch or lock. No staff at front. We left the next morning though were booked for multiple nights. Tried to check out but there was no staff to check out with. Called the number on the lobby phone. They informed us it was a holiday so they were closed?!! Call back on Monday. It was Friday. Book another hotel. Returned the next day and was booked out. The person at desk could not check us out for a previous day nor credit us. Only manager could. Called manager on Mon. He couldn’t credit us either b/c of hotels.com reservation. So, being charged for 7 nights instead of 1. Been waiting since July 16 for a response/ refund from Hotels.com

Very happy.

Very very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to sleep and work and more. This extended stay hotel had a kitchen but no dishes etc. No shampoo etc. just one bar of soap. I got some at the store around the corner. Towels were good. This would be an excellent place for the working person to stay for a week or more. This would be good for a family needing extra space. Pet friendly. Safe and clean and well located.

Dirty butt Hotel

This hotel was disgusting under the beds there was probably two trash bags of trash. The room has a kitchen with nothing in it waste of space and we was counting on it having pots and pans and silverware didn’t even have a coffee maker so the food we brought was for nothing.The hallways was filthy elevator was dirty smelled of rotten fish sticks and trash in the hallways. Outside beer bottles and trash all outside. My advise DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
