We had two rooms, and there were roaches in both of the bathrooms. They got on to some of our belongings qhich was very disturbing. One of the showers was clogged during our whole stay and the water wouldnt drain properly. There was also mold in the showers which is gross. Also, in one of our rooms our bed was on the floor which was very inconvenient for us.

The facility was wonderful and under-rated. It has obviously been well renovated with beautiful rooms and decorr. More than worth the price and equal to more expensive, nearby locations.

I was very disappointed with the facilities. The lampshade in the room had mold spots. When I mentioned it to the front desk, it was stated we had to wait for maintenance the next day. Maintenance never showed up. The breakfast was subpar. A few of the workers were very kind and attentive. That was the saving grace for the place but I will not return.

Customer service was disappointing this go round
Let's just say the young man working at 5am ARTEZ his customer service is crap I was $80 shy of being double charged inquired twice still waiting on a manager to respond do to ladies not being able to fix themselves. 🤔

I stay here often for multiple reasons. Mostly business related. Just my go to for area this trip was horrible. The customer service really was poor this time. Locked out my room for approximately 35 minutes, ARTEZ was very rude about the situation and had the audacity to act as if I were the problem and needless to say never had a problem before him. I was over charged for room at hotel after paying online. Inquired twice and manager still hasn"t Responded. Kieth is nice but if he checks you in something is bound to be wrong. Artese and Sierra are extremely nice and the new young lady Yasmine is great. Thank you to Lashinae a cleaning lady for letting me in when couldn't get in building after finally hearing my knocks.

Could have been better !
Well, I was really disappointed about the lack of service. It appears the hotel need to be renovated. The shower water knob got stuck and was hard to turn the water off! When we asked the front desk to get maintenance I was told she was the only staff there. We had to work hard to get the shower off.
