We stayed here while dropping our son off at college, and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.
When we arrived, we discovered there was no hot water. It wasn’t restored until the following day after 4 p.m., which made things very uncomfortable for my family. Later during our stay, the building lost power overnight, leaving us without air conditioning and making it hard to sleep.
On top of that, the internet service was extremely poor — we had to rely on our own mobile hotspot because the hotel Wi-Fi was unusable. Even basic service was lacking: when we needed towels, we couldn’t reach anyone by phone and I had to go down to the lobby and wait just to get some.
For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard. Reliable hot water, working AC, functioning internet, and timely guest service are the bare minimum. Sadly, this stay fell well below those expectations, and it was disappointing to put my family through such an experience.
