needs some work

the first room the toilet pipe leak every flush so moved to another room portable ac condensation soaked carpet around it turned off. thermostat batteries were dead could not turn on heat over night. spring loaded room doors made doors slam every time other guest exit or enter their rooms at night

Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The room was dirty. Something smudged all across the TV. The counter tops were sticky. There was hair on bathroom floor. The TV did not work. We asked the front desk. They said unplug and plug back in. Obviously don’t work. The phone didn’t work so couldn’t even call for assistance. The alarm clock didn’t work. There was no hot water to shower in the morning. This was hands down the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Very Disappointing Stay

We stayed here while dropping our son off at college, and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. When we arrived, we discovered there was no hot water. It wasn’t restored until the following day after 4 p.m., which made things very uncomfortable for my family. Later during our stay, the building lost power overnight, leaving us without air conditioning and making it hard to sleep. On top of that, the internet service was extremely poor — we had to rely on our own mobile hotspot because the hotel Wi-Fi was unusable. Even basic service was lacking: when we needed towels, we couldn’t reach anyone by phone and I had to go down to the lobby and wait just to get some. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard. Reliable hot water, working AC, functioning internet, and timely guest service are the bare minimum. Sadly, this stay fell well below those expectations, and it was disappointing to put my family through such an experience.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. Overall the cleanliness of the room was good. There could be some improvement of the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very pleasant to work with especially Russ the pm desk person. My only suggestion is to have more help in the AM serving breakfast. The young man who was working was amazing but everybody needs a day off.

Not clean

This hotel had a nice welcoming desk and area. But when we got to our room, it didn’t even seem like the room had been wiped down. There were finger prints and flicked wet spots on the the mirrors, ketchup or sauce dried up drippping down the fridge. Someone’s food was left in the mini fridge freezer. There was dirty hair around base of the toilet. The duvets were covered in yellow stains, and some little brownish red stains.did not sleep with the duvets. Went to go ask for a new one and no one was available at the front desk. Had to sleep with a little sheet instead as it looked somewhat clean. The fridge was left unplugged and left a huge wet spot on the carpet. This place is not clean in the hotels. The best part was breakfast and the little puppy at the front desk.

Worst hotel stay of my life

Even though I checked in at 9pm, room I was given hadn’t been cleaned. Was given a new room, but staff didn’t update system, so was awoken at 11:30om by someone attempting to unlock and enter the room. Central air wasnt working, so each room I saw had a standalone floor unit that vented outside.

Dirty room

Lets start ,no tv remote because maintenance went home. Blood stains on bed sheet, top sheet and bed cover. Yellow stain on bed cover. Used pillow cases, not clean ones. Foam padding on floor by tv. Second room, we were moved to a different room at 9pm. Mud on bathroom floor. Maid came in did not take dirty towels but did leave clean ones. Did not make up bed(our friend who we traveled with had his room cleaned and bed made ) Lazy cleaning staff. No coffee yesterday morning 8-20 or this morning 8-21,stale danish and bagels, rancid cream cheese, and no hot food at all. This has been the worst hotel experience i have ever had in a hotel. We will never stay at your hotel again EVER.
