The room was clean, the staff was nice and I felt generally safe...... however: My room had no hot water during my stay and i took two very cold showers. Less important but the outlet near the bathroom sink was scorched and non-functional so I could not stand in front of the mirror to use my hair appliance. Most hotels provide hair conditioner and hair dryers so I didn't bring my own and that was a problem. The coffee terrible.

Probably won’t stay there again

The room had a terrible stench of cigarette and grass. I asked the front desk for something for the smell and they we not able to accommodate another room or air freshener. We had to buy our own air freshener just to be able to tolerate the smell. The pool access was not working and all the lounge chairs were terribly damaged that they were unusable. The room for the most part was clean but the bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were just flat with no filling at all.

customer service was excalent but i request handicap did not recieve. Could not take a shower and the walk to the room was long and painful. The TV in the bedroom did not work and we are both tv eatchers at night. Made the beginning of the trip awful.

Bad smell, terrible bathroom condition

I wasn’t expecting perfection but at least good condition but bathroom was horrible. Literally want to spend my night and leave. The “breakfast” is a joke.

Crappy hotel never go here please - highly dirty

The most crappiest hotel and your rooms suck. You took $100 for a crappy dirty broken room and bathroom was full of roaches and rust. Horrible is nicer word than this room we got. Luckily we stayed for four hours and not more. We could not even enter the bloody tub to shower. Maybe you guys should go and stay there only then you will know.

A recepção estacionamento café em si são bons’ O que me assustou foi o odor do quarto pois estava impregnado o cheiro de cigarro no sofá no quarto enfim móveis antigos e tinha várias baratinhas de noite no banheiro e subiu uma na cama ! Staff was nice but the carpets through out was dirty and seating in the lobby was dirty. The grab and go breakfast was muffins. No drink included. You have to buy a 3.00 water from the machine. Also, had roaches in our suite room.

Says renovated in January… the carpets in the hall way were torn up. I know it’s an extended stay but it sure seemed like most of the people there lived there long term. No amenities in the room. No plates, silverware, etc. Our room smelled terrible- like curry had been cooked in there every day for months. The smell was permanent in the room.
