this trip was canceled a few days before check-in due to a medical condition. Very upset that the hotel or Hotels.com was not supportive of getting a refund. I also purchased booking insurance and I’m in the process of filing a claim through them to get my refund. Also contacted the hotel personally and they refused refund as well. in the future, I will not book with Hotels.com or this hotel chaine
