When Filled More Than Can Handle in Lobby/Dining

Pricier than I expected for that area. Good facility condition. 9am end to breakfast was not restocked after 8:30am and main staples were gone.

False advertising, All full size beds Small.

Booked a 2 queen room and when entering room found 1 bed and a couch bed. Asked front desk if I could have what I booked and she said no. This is what the computer shows so this is what you have to have. (Thats false) as the customer and having 3 people I know I didnt want that person on a couch. Also she trued 0% to accomodate just noway out of luck. Also 100% these are no queen beds thats a huge lie. These are full size beds meant for children. Ot grown adults.

Little league nightmare

Was here during a 10 year old little league baseball tournament and the Mexico, Puerto Rico and Philippines teams were staying here. Day and night, kids were running up and down the stairs and hallways, and playing on the elevator. Apparently this is normal behavior for these kids, because not one parent said a word to them. This lasted for 4 days, and was still going on when I checked out.

Could have been better

Overall it was a decent stay. The rooms need to be cleaned better. There were dirty hand marks on the mirror. There was a phone charger left plugged into the wall so not sure how well the carpet and stuff was cleaned before we arrived. For the price of the room it could have been better

Excellent

Spotless, comfy and up to date. Breakfast nice with good coffee and juice plus all the hot items. Appreciated the extra safety precautions like individually wrapped breads and fruit. AC worked well and easy to control. Traveling alone and felt safe. Staff polite. Routinely stay in Comforts and have not stayed in one better.

The floor slanted! The grout was dirty! Something leaked in front of the fridge. The TV didn’t have an ABC affiliate. It smelled like chlorine! The front desk people were not friendly! The breakfast was decent!

My room smelled dank. I had to go buy air fresheners to mask the smell. There were boogers on the walls. It was dusty and dirty. I was traveling for work, and was too busy to have time to switch hotels, or I would have. The staff was not friendly. The coffee was sour.

The property was very nice. Clean snd quiet room with comfortable bed and fluffy bath towels. Our only trouble was with the poor service at check-in. Employees were not at all welcoming.
