Where do I even start? My kids and i were displaced from our home, and we are having troubles finding somewhere else to go. So that means for about a month now we have been staying at the Fairfield, OH TownePlace Suites. They have all gone above and beyond for us. Every single person I have been in contact with has been so pleasant to work with. Even the cleaning crew and maintenance that I have come in contact with. This is one of the hardest times in my 42 years of life, and they have made it so much better. We almost had to go to another hotel due to them being booked up. I won't mention which one, but it's in the same area. I went to check in and it was absolutely disgusting. TownePlace had some cancellations and got us in. I was so happy I cried. Honestly I could go on and on about how amazing all the staff is. And the place is so clean and well taken care of. I feel like my kids and I have hit the jackpot staying here during this rough time.

Train horns and broken appliances

Book this hotel and get a nice wake up call from a train a few times a night. Don’t worry they give you ear plugs to sleep with but don’t tell you why they are giving them to you. Also had a beep every minute from the dishwasher. Their solution was unplug it. 3 night trip and they couldn’t get it fixed so cleanup of the kitchenette was fun.

Nice hotel

Had a nice stay here. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Lots of reviews complaing about traffic and trains, but its not like people try to make it out as. Think i was awakened by one train, but i also wake up during the night multiple times, so cant completely blame a train. Had a GFI in the bathroom that kept tripping out, and i let the staff know. Also, the biggest negative wouldve been that the door to the room was hard to shut. Also reported it to get it fixed. Noticed this first time leaving the room, so it didnt bother me, because i checked it whenever we left for activities. I told front desk on checkout, and they made a maintenance ticket to have it fixed.

Nice stay

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The kitchen was pretty stocked if you wanted to cook your own food. I didn’t eat any of the breakfast but the food looked decent with a nice selection. One minor downside was some noise overnight from the highway and passing trains on a nearby track. It didn’t bother me much but there were foam earplugs provided.
