My overall rating of the hotel would be a "C" (needs some improvements) rating...nothing to rave about and if I were to go back to Busan again in the future, I certainly wouldn't book The Port Hotel again. The only pluses I noticed about the hotel are it is located near the ocean which is nice for the cool breeze and close to stores and restaurant. It is also close to the train station which was noisy with the daily automated ringing sound system making some kind of an announcement. Very limited staffing so we would have to ask for clean towels and toilet paper as needed..toilet paper rolls were limited to 1-2 depending who we happened to be at the front desk. Bathroom set up had an unusual design with a shower area, sink and toilet being all right next to each other and in a small enclosed room so if someone showered and you had to use the toilet afterwards, then you would have to put on the slippers they provided for you so as to not get your feet wet due to the showering done previously. Certain light switches sometimes didn't work. A kitchen is included in the price we paid for; however, there were no pots/pans, utensils, cups, bowls and plates provided so we really couldn't do any cooking unless we purchased some pots/pans but then we wouldn't be able to fit them in our luggages when leaving to go back home so the only 2 good uses out of the kitchen are the fridge and another sink to use if the bathroom sink was unusable due to someone being in the bathroom..frustrating!
