Poor service, confusing layout don’t bother
Check in was horrible stood in line for over 40 min because they has 2 people at the front desk while a convention was going on. Tried calling the front desk around 930pm for an extra blanket and phone just rang for over 10 min at the same time I had my husband go to front desk and two employees were busy joking around instead of answering the phone while he was standing there. He asked for a blanket and it never showed we had to call back 40 min later and asked again then that took another 15 min. Breakfast was not worth the price they were asking and the hotel layout is very poor. We got lost trying to go from the lobby to our room. We are world travelers for over 30 years and I will never stay here again

Nice hotel. A bit difficult to navigate where to check in and need signage to direct around the split level property. Also consumables (tissue, tp, soaps) were cheap. Also water VERY hard.

Reasons why i would never stay at this Hotel.
My room was pretty pricey for 2 nights but thats beside the reason i wouldnt revisit this Hotel. First the room i was placed in felt as it was away from everyone it was ground level very dark in certain areas. Inside the room i noticed my sink is outside the bathroom with no place to put my things. There was only one large towel when it was me and my husband. Not only that all the tables looked stained it just wasn't what i expected. To make things even more uncomfortable we wanted to go back to our vehicle to get our belongings and the exit closest to our room outside was busted anyone can walk in G section just so you know. Anyway i told my husband i was uncomfortable and wanted my room changed to an upper level where i felt was more comfortable. The font desk clerk understood and switched my room with no problem. The rest of my stay was just ok. If you want to know a little of what we encountered in the 2nd room read some more. My husband had to connect the remote to the tv. And our toilet wouldnt flush. We had to manually take the top off and hit the pump to fill so we can flush. Oh and breakfast was not included.

Deferred maintenance, high cost vs value
Rooms were ok. I feel that I could have found the same or better facility for less money. The best feature of the property was the golf course and the convenience of walking out the door and onto the course. The hotel has the potential to be nice but deferred maintence would have to be addressed.

too pricey!
way too pricey for the experience. you don't even get breakfast for the price you pay. they tell you one price at the desk, but when you get your receipt when you check out, it's WAY higher than what they told you!

The fridge was unplugged when I entered the room. This is the only property I've ever stayed at that required a signed exemption to use the pool. There were pertinent signs missing. The building I was in had ice and vending on the 500 level but I couldn't find those options on the 300 level. There were no signs indicating which rooms were down which hall. The elevators were in the stairwell, not convenient to many of the rooms.

We never stay at hotels but decided to for our anniversary get away to Lancaster. For starters I booked a king room, check in and went to room to realize it was a double queen room that smelled like curled milk. Went back to front desk to let them know it was not our room, we were then informed the receptionist that checked us in upgraded our room due to no kings being available (which there was kings available) they finally got that straight. The next day we put do not disturb sign on outside of our door before we left for the day, upon returning to our room realized the sign was put back inside the room and the linens were replaced. The property is loud, people screaming all hours of the night, doors slamming. The only good thing about this property was the bar and the food (the staff at the bar is wonderful) definitely would recommend a mixed drink and the chicken quesadilla!

We were disappointed in no carts to help us get our luggage into the room. We did not eat breakfast, too expensive and the coffee also. Starbucks never open due to staff shortage. Walk in shower was wonderful for our age.

Staff members has terrible customer service. They are so rude. Our room was not stocked with toiletries, upon requesting them, it took over 4 hrs and I still did not receive anything. I went to the front desk to request them in person, the lady interrogated me about the room not having toiletries as if I was lying. Someone took our chairs off of our balcony, staff member said they would notified management and have it taken care of. Nothing happened and we still didn’t get our chairs. We couldn’t sit on the balcony. AC unit was EXTREMELY loud. The baby could not sleep at all through the night. Terrible night worth of no rest.

Pulled in earlier than expected 1pm. So didn’t want to check in till 3. Ask if was ok to wait at the pool. Yes for 90 dollars more. Won’t book this place again. Took 2days to get a coffee maker. Not the best customer service.
