It was nice to be very close to airport. The room was nice and well maintained. When I enter the room it smell misty and it was cold room during Winter time. Bathroom was good. The bed was comfortable. The front desk was fine but slow.

Never ended up staying. Man at counter was rude to me and also witnessed him being rude to customer on the phone. I didn’t have my debit card on me at the time and even though the room was paid for in full I was turned away. . I requested a refund and am having a hard time getting anywhere with this.

This place is NASTY! Old, dirty, sketchy people outside in a very dark, unlit parking lot, sign isn't even lit, and the room was FILTHY! Stains everywhere, burn marks, damaged furniture, and it stinks. I left within 5 minutes. Need a REFUND!

This stay was terrible. Checked out 2 hours after checking in. Hotel did not have towels for 2 days. Room smelled of mold. My family arrived 1 day before I did and they did not have towels either. This is unsatisfactory for a business

The bed in the room is comfy. The room has no mirror outside the bathroom. No place to hang coats or other clothes. Very few outlets to use as well. Not many places to eat outside of a diners and taverns nearby. The person thst checked us in neglected to tell us that none of the side entrances can be used even though your key will open the door. The emergency alarm will trigger. Not much parking. Not enough room for guests to get food or enjoy the breakfast thats offered.

Upon arrival to the room, the light switch entering did not work. We arrived late and the room was very dark. We had to use our flashlight on our phones to find the switches on the lamps by the bed. The next day after waking up and the room had more natural I unfortunately found stains on the lower half of the bed that appeared to be stains from bowel movements of former guests. Upon leaving in the morning for the event we were in town for, there was no staff at the front desk to report this to. I have pictures to show what was seen. Upon returning the line was so long and I was exhausted I just returned to our room. We checked out as soon as we woke up because we could not wait to leave!!
