Me and my daughter were in Owensboro for a softball tournament and needed somewhere to stay last minute. The hotel is clean and the front desk were very friendly.
I think rooms are kind of small for the price, and the bathroom door didn’t work well. But otherwise it was very clean, and updated. I like that the floor was tile throughout and not carpet. The tv didn’t want to work properly, I would turn on but couldn’t change channels or anything, luckily that wasn’t a deal breaker since we were only there for the night.
Also, it was very noisy, this is not the hotels fault but we stayed on the first floor and it sounded like a heard of elephants above us doing gymnastics until about midnight and then again around 8am. I’m not even sure how they could make so much noise with the size of rooms. And I’m sure this could have been handled if I had complained.
They did have breakfast but only consisted of donuts and coffee. I think they could invest in some bigger bottles of shampoo AND conditioner or atleast more of the small bottles.
