Hotel booked me, said they never got my confirmation, i asked customer service if they could use any other alternate method to find my booking, they said they did. I contact Hotels.com customer support who said the hotel confirmed on their end that they received it. We paid twice for the same room and they wont offer a refund or allow me to stay a second night even though ive provided proof of all of these things.
