Hard pass, skip and spend the money at MyPlace
The bed was comfy but whatever is above room 106, kept us up all night. Some heavy footed employee or guest was in and out stomping all night. The bed needs more than just thin blankets, on them, where is the comforter? Our TV remote was sticky with dried crust on it. Garbage piled in the hallway was making a stink. The pool and hot tub that were advertised, were empty and closed. We had to call staff to come to the desk at check in, why is that? The quality of this hotel has ceased since I was employed here in 2010. I doubt we will be returning.

The property itself is in good condition. Check-in service was adequate. What irritated me was being charged $25 each for the one-hour late checkout I requested for the two rooms I reserved. Not necessarily an exorbitant amount in and of itself, but it has been my experience that most hotels do not assess a late-checkout fee for one hour or less. I spoke with Management about my issues. Cleanliness was my issue. Alls I have for advice is check your rooms. My major problem was another guest who seem to be intoxicated and tried to bother me while I was outside. The smell of the lobby smelt like curry and the parking lot seemed tore up and needs to be redone.

Misled on type of room
Booked a room that could accommodate 6 adults when we booked on Hotels.com. When we arrived it could accommodate 4. We needed to get another room and we were out of pocket. We would have selected somewhere else had we known. The Hotels agent blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed Hotels.com. Nothing was resolved.

The hotel water pressure was horrible very little output. There was no fitted sheet on our bed just a flat sheet over the mattress. They didnt stock their breakfast and had few choices. The toilet in the room we had was not secure to the floor.
