O Quality Inn é meu hotel preferido em Orlando. Digo isso com autoridade, porque já me hospedei lá pelo menos umas 8 vezes. O atendimento da Yvonne e da Melissa valoriza o hóspede, e torna a permanência ainda mais agradável. O quarto é amplo, a cama é boa, o banheiro foi renovado, e é silencioso. A localização é ótima e segura.

"After" i gave my form of payment i was told i have to pay for parking through some third party ..i felt scammed as i was left with no choice outside of walking away and losing my money. Then the place wad filled with dogs..no prior warning.

Hotel razoavel, nao muito novo mas em relativo bom estado conservação, elevadores dos 3 que verifiquei um parado em manutenção, outro funcionando pessimamente e outro normalmente. Colchões nao sao de meu agrado, mas o quarto tem bom tamanho e estava bem limpo. Absurdo a taxa de estacionamento de U$20 por dia em uma rede de hoteis conhecida por terem free parking.

The location is excellent—right in the middle of all major attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. Breakfast was good as well. However, room service needs improvement, as our room was not cleaned for two days during our stay. Also, we had to pay for parking, which was disappointing because the hotel’s website never mentioned any parking fees. We asked the front desk about it, but they were unable to help.

The room was very outdated. The bathroom was awful. There was rust and debris around the drain in the tub. I asked for service and they sprayed it with some form of paint. As soon as I turned the water on the rust particles filled the tub along with debris. I asked for room service to take a look and she sprayed it with some form of cleaner and rises the tub. When the debris came back she turned the water off and tried to wipe the particles from the tub with a towel. It was disgusting and I refused to take a shower in it. Two days with no shower and they didn't change my room or anything. I checked out and told the desk attendant about the experience and she just told me that she was sorry for the experience. Be aware... When I booked the room on Hotels.com the pictures looked completely different. When I arrived, I was told that it was a different hotel location. I'm confused as to how I booked through the same link that I saw the photos but when I arrived it was not the place advertised. I tried to change the reservation but they wanted to charge me again. I'm still pissed! I'm writing a long letter to the corporate office with photos included. Then they have the nerve to charge $20 per day for parking. Extremely overpriced for the accommodations you receive. I will avoid this hotel chain moving forward. There's so many others to choose from.

Not impressed, only would stay here as a near last resort, broken elevator, vending machines out of water, doors broken, they said you have to pay for parking but he app wouldn’t work and front desk was unhelpful. Only 2 stars because my room did not have bedbugs which I feared it might.

The room was ok, very dated. Several doors could not be accessed by card key and only one (hardly working) elevator was in service. The breakfast was seriously lacking in substance. Staff was all very polite and courteous though.
