I recently stayed at this La Quinta and was a bit disappointed with my experience. When I booked, there was no mention that the hotel was under construction. At check-in, I was told the hallways might look unsettling due to construction, but that my room would be in good condition. Unfortunately, my room did not meet the usual La Quinta standards I’ve come to expect. The furniture was noticeably soiled, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to build up. I even had to request a garbage can from the front desk, which surprised me.
I looked at a couple of other rooms, but they were no better. Normally, I don’t write reviews like this, but given the premium rate I paid, I was expecting a clean, comfortable, and fully operational stay. Under the current conditions, the price should have reflected the state of the hotel. I hope management will address these issues so that future guests have the quality experience La Quinta is known for. The people that work this hotel are very kind and very good.
