La comida no era la mejor, estaba bien pero nada complicado. Las bebidas no me gustaban. Bien ubicado, limpio algo caro para lo que es. El bar de la alberca cierra 6 pm y la alberca 8 pm. El otro bar cierra a las 11 pm pero todos están ahí pidiendo por que es la única opción que queda. Es un hotel ya viejo, necesita remodelarse.

Family Vacation

Great stay! Service was good, specialty restaraunts particularly LaVista were great. The buffet was okay, could always find something to eat. We had a Master suite for 6 people and it was very comfortable. The third room with the 2 double beds does not have it's own bathroom and is 2 steps down from the rest of the area which is not clear on the website. Our housekeeper Maja did a great job and Carlos at guest service helped us rent a car to do some sightseeing.

Staff at Cancun bay resort are all amazing, very hardworking and dedicated to make your stay enjoyable. The food was great with plenty of options. The beach by the property is small but more than enough and calm for refreshing dips.

Staff is amazing very friendly. Food was excellent. Very healthy and fresh. Facility was very clean. Rooms are very comfortable. my sister and I miss the green juice. They have very fun activities.. Karaoke dance parties, bingo volleyball. Favorite things were hammocks on the beach. The staff was right there with frozen drinks or whatever your needs were.

Staff was awesome! The site advertised a hot tub and they didn’t have one. Also they advertised yoga and only had 1 stretching class for 20 minutes in one week. They advertised 5 restaurants but only had 3. Everything shuts down at 10:00pm- no entertainment or alcohol after 10pm

For the most part, the staff was approachable and understanding, but there were a few members at times who seemed bothered to be asked questions. As for the food - it was eatable. But not many regular options, other than rotating themed dishes each night. However, mid way through our stay, the main dining area was closed down to allow construction work to occur. As a result, the restful relaxation was replaced by either the blasting speaker by the beachside pool, or the buzzing of tile saws or jackhammers by the inner pool. I wish i was informed about the planned work. I may have, planned a more expensive getaway for the quiet time. In all fairness, we did have quiet time at least at the beginning of our week and the end of our stay - but still...) I feel a discount toward future stay is warrented for the missed enjoyment of all the have to offer. Oh yes, one last thing... the hot tub is better described as a whirlpool. Jets are present - but the heat is not. At least we had sun and warmth for the duration!

Many inconsistancies with what was described in ad. Renovations were noisy and created changes in eating locations creating cramped. Language was a problem. English is not communicated well when trying to get assistance. For seniors the mutiple up and down steps created tripping hazards. We enjoyed ourseleves but heard complaints from many others.

I was disappointed with the overall customer service during my visit. Most of the staff were not as friendly as they should have been, often appearing unapproachable and indifferent. The bartenders, in particular, were not friendly and lacked the welcoming attitude you'd expect. A warm greeting and a more positive demeanor would greatly improve the customer experience. However, I would like to highlight that the bingo and karaoke staff were fantastic, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere. Additionally, the room service cleaning crew did an excellent job and were very professional. I hope the general customer service can be improved to match the high standards set by these teams.

Dentro de las cosas que agradecemos es nos ofrecieron un cuarto mas grande, tiene estacionamiento y los alimentos eran buenos en sabor y variedad. Sin embargo hay varias mejoras a considerar. La habitación olia mucho a cloro, nadie nos recibió en recepción, despues de varios minutos y preguntar alguien se hizo cargo, la actitud de los empleados bien excepto los bar tenders de la alberca , mala actitud de su parte. Nos pareció un poco elevado el costo para lo que ofrecen como experiencia all inclusive. La playa es linda aunque pequeña y hay embarcaderos en ambos lados con música todo el día sumado a la música en el area de la alberca.
