The front desk person was very kind, however I was never informed of a $75 pet fee. When I called to see what the extra charge was for I was told I signed the pet form and there was no refund. Grrr. I clearly signed it without fully reading it but I feel it should have been disclosed verbally. The hotel does accept pets but beware it is in the fine print that there is a charge! No charge for service animals…but what if it’s a service animal and you charge us but it’s “Hilton policy to not refund”? Additionally, The hotel was in need of many aesthetic repairs to walls everywhere we went. Elevator walls and doors were filthy. The main sign’s lights were mostly burnt out. No streaming available on TV’s. Overall I could have stayed in a far less expensive hotel and had the same experience, hotels.com charge of $115.80 and then the $75 pet fee. I hate being nickel and dimed! Just be transparent with your fees people!!!
