    Really needs updating

    This hotel is great because of its location at the airport. On all other regards, it is just so-so. Many little flaws add up, e.g. crumbling grout in the bathroom, only a partial fitted sheet on the mattress, usb charging port that doesn't work, very little light in the room, everything looks worn past its use by date, and on and on.

    No soap

    Check in was great. Very nice staff. The major problem was that the toiletries hadn't been filled for obviously quite some time. But with the soap dispenser on the wall, I didn't realize until I was soaked in a shower with no soap.

    Nice clean hotel

    The room was very nice and clean. Only one elevator was working, which is crazy for a hotel. The restaurant has one person working so service is slooow even though he did his best.

    Quality hotel convenient for transportation needs

    Stayed at this hotel after long vacation due to proximity to rental car return and flight for next day. One thing that would be great is local transportation to restaurants or shopping locations within city; great opportunity for chamber of commerce to increase sales opportunity for tourism. Instead, we stayed in hotel room ordered take out. Overall hotel was good quality and I would stay again.

    Mixed feelings

    Very clean, but the shower door handle on the inside was broken and the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. The AC system had no continuous fan setting, so since it would cycle off and on, we had to turn it off completely when we went to sleep so that it would not wake us up during the night.
