After a long day of driving, we checked in at Best Western Beckley at 6:15pm, went to dinner and returned to the hotel at 8:00. Unpacked and settled into our room, turned on the TV and had no service. Called 4 times to front desk and got no answer. Finally went down to the desk and reported the problem. The individual said she would come and check on it. Upon arrival at our room, she said it was not something she could fix and offered another room. We were exhausted and unpacked and said no, but we wanted a credit on this room when we checked out in the morning - the attendant agreed. In the morning, the management did not want to give us any credit, I would not accept this and after 20 minutes, they finally relented o a measly $25 credit. This was unacceptable, we won't stay there again!
