It was not good the bed was so dirty and the blankets pillows are so old and the mattress was so dirty

We got there and no one was at the counter than a guy runs in jumps on the counter to the other side apologizes and checks us in.....no map no real good directions on how to go to the room so figured it out the hotel itself was super dirty and gross then we get to the room and I feel super uncomfortable dont want to put my stuff even on the floor then my husband went to pull the covers back to get in and we found someone else's socks in our bed we left immediately and are hoping to get a refund!!!

Very out dated. Not really clean at lease it didn’t look like it. The beds are probably the original beds and were so uncomfortable. The hot breakfast was a joke the only thing hot was the waffles. The whole thing just sucked and thank god it was only one night and I was tired or else I would have kept driving.

It was what I expected for the price. In my room I noticed 2x4’s sticking out from under both box springs, dry wall spackling on top of wall paper, fingernail polish stains on toilet seat and sink area, upper door latch broken off and no wash cloths.

I enjoyed my stay at America's Best. I especially appreciated that my room had a comfy chair, a couch, a refrigerator, and a microwave, and that breakfast was available every morning. A short list of pros and cons: The staff were attentive and helpful. There was a little bit of a language barrier at times, but it wasn't a serious hindrance. Breakfast could use a little work in terms of variety, but it was satisfactory. The room was comfortable and clean with the exception of the carpet, which should be replaced in the near future, but I don't tend to care about those things. The bed was soft but not firm enough. It made sleeping difficult some of the time.

A teenager checked me in upon my first arrival and he gave me the room key without telling me my room number and gave no direction to where it is at all. My room is upstairs and he pointed to a direction telling me it’s down the hall. So I had to search my own way there. He wrote the room number wrong and on the wifi password section he wrote “welcome”. I was so confused why a teenager could work there with no professional attitude at all. I had to go back to the front desk twice just to get in to my room. Also my room smells like dogs even when I did not bring in any pets. I checked this morning they do have rooms and areas that don’t allow pets in so I don’t even know why he gave me this room. The teenager staff also made a wrong phone call to at the middle of the night saying my purse was left to the front but it wasn’t me he remembered the wrong person. The facility looks very old, carpet is dirty and room has a dog smell. One night is enough, not going to come back again.
