It was fine. Good price. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was very basic.

Good value for the money. Hotel was clean, Front desk afternoon shift (guy whose name started with I) was great. Contiential breakfast was sufficient. Great location if you want to visit BOTH Zion National Park and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. As with any hotel in this class, I always recommend you bring slippers for walking on the carpet and conditioner for your hair.

Nous avons logé dans ce motel 1 nuit. La chambre était spacieuse et plutôt bien équipée.
Bémol : pas d'ascenseur pour les chambres situées à l'étage.

We were very pleased with the room. It was half the cost of the St George room we stayed in the next night and had more movie options and good WiFi.

No elevator! You would think they would put that no elevator thing prominently on their description in website.

The hotel is a bit older but still nice. The customer service was exceptional. The breakfast was slim pickings but still okay. There is no pets allowed in which Hotels.com has wrong. Since the hotels in the area were all booked up for the event they allowed us to stay but I had to pay a daily rate for my dog. This is not the first time Hotels.com has done this to me. The Days Inn Hotel in Hurricane, UT was great.

We were lucky we even got in because they lost our reservation even though we booked and paid months in advance. Instead of apologizing for the mixup they tried to make it our fault and imply that we should have followed up. It was almost full so they had to put us in a room with two beds instead of one king like we paid for. The staff were talking outside our room around 6:30 in the morning, and it sounded pretty loud or maybe the doors were just paper thin. Within two seconds of turning it on the hair dryer promptly started emitting acrid smoke. Overall…we were glad to leave.
