Customer service was not so friendly. No conversation other than you already paid. Turn tv on with remote batteries die, went to front desk to have them take batteries out of other remote told me if they don’t work they can’t help me. So we then we’re stuck with a tv on volume 45 and whatever channel it was on. No way to turn tv off because button is shoved into tv. Room itself was nice and clean. Room gets out so recommend turning heat lower than they have it. The rooms 105 and down that hallway are quite loud throughout the night with people coming and leaving hotel. So recommmend the other end if you choose to stay there. Customer service and the lack of not caring was the biggest default for me. So I will not be returning.

The price for this Motel was reasonable. There were lots of restaurants and fast food places in the area. Very easy access to the highway.

Eh
It is a smoke free hotel. While one worker was there it didn't smell like pot. While another worker was there it not only smelled strongly of pot, but he also was good enough to smoke right outside the door. I didn't appreciate walking into a cloud of cancer on my way to work. I appreciated that in the hall it was kind of loud, but with the door closed I didn't hear the noise nearly as much. The hotel has some worn aspects and some newer aspects. I still think it is odd to not have an alarm. The towels are tiny. Housekeeping threw away the bar of soap I was using. every day it got thrown away. I went to the bathroom once or twice and needed soap to wash my hands, but didn't need a new bar every day. That was such a weird waste.

It was very a large but basic room and the air worked well but the air conditioner was a little noisy. The facilities need an update, bulging tile in the bathroom from damage. I also did not like how huge the room was but the bathroom was so small that to be on the toilet you had to lean forward or the toilet roll holder was jabbing in your side. The bathroom was causing me to be claustrophobic.
