Not luxurious, but certainly clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was better than expected.

Hotels.Com did not send registration to Hotel. Young man at desk was very understanding, as it was second time that day. He supplied number to call and helped get it straightened out in 15-20 minutes.

We were not notified by Hotels.com that this property does not have an elevator. The person at check in did not offer alternative accommodations on the 1st floor. The
bathroom tub caulking at the floor possible mold room 234. Bathroom exhaust fan is very loud. The staff needs to learn how to make coffee, it was just colored water. They also needed a $100.00 hold which I have not encountered at other properties. The room charge is excessive for the poor quantity of our stay. Hotels.com also has this property rated above 8. I would rate this property at 7.0 or lower.

Luis worked very hard to get our reservation from Expedia. It took 45 minutes and multiple phone calls with Expedia support, but he got the reservation entered.

Property was good. But Expedia didn’t get my reservation to hotel before I arrived. Took me 40 min, 2 phone calls and talking to 3 Expedia employees to get it resolved. Not impressed!!
