Very clean, cozy room
This was our second visit to Bryce City, we came back to ride the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad--which was great! This hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of Bryce City; for us it was a little more expensive but we decided to stay because of the high rating. Cleanliness has never been more important than it is now, and this place did not disappoint in that regard. The two "catches" were breakfast and the coziness of the room.

beautiful clean lobby. The moment I walked in to lobby I knew I had made a great choice in this hotel. The location was great close to town and food. Check in and check out was with Melody and she went above and beyond.

Excellent experience
The property was like new inside and out. Spotless in the rooms and common areas. Staff were friendly and helpful with regard to where to eat even with the coronavirus restrictions in place.
