Getting me a lawyer
The room was booked at like 8pm that night which I thought was a great deal except when I hit direction to the hotel it was in another state from where I was so I reached out to hotel.com and even the hotel where I paid for the stay they kept saying you need to reach out to hotel for cancellation but the hotel would say you need to reach out to hotel.com we where tired after the drive here just wanted to rest. But after purchasing a room again cause the app wasn’t any help nor the hotel now this is a $104 we are talking about and had to spend another $107 just to get somewhere to sleep and on the phone between the hotel and hotel.com say give them 72 hours to look in into their saying there is nothing they can do can’t reach the hotel…..,,well I say that is stealing from their customer and poor customer service
