Perfect location, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Great service, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and clean. I would happily stay here again.

O hotel está no coração da cidade.
Uma cidade extraordinária, muito linda. O hotel fica bem próxima da Catedral, em seu exterior é a mais bonita que já vi em uma minha vida. O lugar é pequeno, fácil de passear a pé. O hotel tem boa localização, não consumimos o café por visualmente não agradar e preferimos tomar café em um dos restaurantes e cafés ao redor do hotel. O hotel não conta com serviço de quarto e possui 2 entradas, sendo a segunda sem acessibilidade. O elevador é pequeno.

Hotel com excelente localização, ao lado da Catedral, quarto excelente e com banheira, pessoal simpático, mas infelizmente o serviço de limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, mas foi compensado pelo gerente e a atendente da noite que nos deram um drink e um café da manhã, além das desculpas.

Nice, but in a super crowded area
We went to Strasbourg at the height of the Christmas Market season. The Hotel Rohan could not have been more in the center of it. This proved to be both convenient and frustrating. Convenient because you walk out the door to a wonderful winter wonderland of food, gift and drink stalls. Frustrating because it’s sooooo busy, sometimes you have a literal struggle walking down the narrow street to the hotel. As far as the hotel itself, if you’re used to the size of a big city European hotel, you’ll be pleasantly surprised about the size of the rooms. They’re clean and shockingly quiet for a busy location. The check in desk doubles as the bar, so sometimes services in the lobby is slow. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff at the reception was excellent! Extremely helpful! However, the toilet is filthy! I was rather shocked! The toilet bowl was black. Things were floating! My son even refused to use it. The sink is stained yellow. Found a hair in the shower! I did informed the reception. Yet, the cleanliness of the bathroom did not improve. As if the Housekeeping has never heard of bleach! The cupboards smelled like wet dogs! I am very sorry about the complaint. For a fantastic hotel with such excellent staff who was always willing to assist in any query I had, I feel quite horrid to write negatively. The location couldn't be better. The breakfast was fabulous! They really need to housekeeping in order! Will I come back tj the hotel again. I am not sure.

The worst hotel experience
We just arrive to the hotel and they told us that there is a problem in our room ( only our room ) A very bed smell like sewers All night ny child has Shortness of breath and cough because of this smell The gave ua a remboursement of 100 euro and some gifts but this wasnt acceptable honestly

A little gem of a hotel just steps away from the Strasbourg cathedral, in the heart of the old city. It could not have been more convenient for the Christmas markets but would be a great place to stay in any season. The staff was friendly, professional, and focused on making our stay great.
