Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was satisfactory. First room we received had an unknown water leak from the sink right as you walk in the door, so the floor was sopping wet and it smelled like mildew in the room and hallway. Staff provided us with another room immediately. This one had a few ants crawling on the counter and was dirty under the beds but we figured asking for a different room wasn't going to change anything. There was also a hole in the wall behind the door from the door handle being smashed through the wall from the lack of door stops. I noticed another guest comment about the same hole in their room. Beds were hard but were better than sleeping on carpeted floor. Bathroom had black spots above shower. Overall, you kinda get what you pay for.

This was the worst hotel we've stayed at in a very long time and we are generally pretty easy to please. It's super outdated, and it seems that once something breaks, they don't really care to do anything about it. More things need to be replaced than not. And it wasn't clean. Again, we're easy to please, so that's really saying something. I would never stay here again. And Kanab is so ridiculously overpriced (hotels and food), I'll plan my trip to stay in another town entirely.

This place is going downhill usually we love this place. It seems though lately nobody cares about the appearance of the place. I tried to add photors but couldn't. The back entrance door had trash and tunnle weeds all over. At least they did finally put a lock on that door that is accessible with just a room key for security. And this place lists an elevator. There is no elevator in the south building just the north building with the big parking lot. Other than that the beds are comfy and clean and this place has hot water if all the other guets dont decide to shower at the same time.

We needed just a night to sleep and then get back on the road to see the local sights. I read 20 or so reviews. They were pretty accurate. The place is not the most up to date but the shower water pressure was indeed good. The pool and hot tub were closed but the guy was working on them to get them cleaned up when we went into our room. The beds are more firm. My wife loved that and I was just ok with them. The breakfast was good. Hot waffles and juice with eggs and sausage. It was no home made meal but we were both happy with it. Overall, for the price, it was worth the $75

This hotel is in very poor condition. The room was worth maybe $25 a night The tub was filthy, the hair dryer case was falling off the wall, the carpet was disgustingly dirty with crumbs The bed was sagging and rolled to the middle. The shower didn’t get hot and the person at front counter wouldn’t even get off the chair when we arrived and was on a phone call with wife on speaker and didn’t even hang up to take care of us If we had not arrived in the evening I would have went elsewhere and lost the money for no cancellation

I’ll start with the pros: great price and lots of hot water!! Cons: unfriendly clerk, dirty bathroom, bed was okay, breakfast room walls filthy and breakfast disappointing.
