I went there to exhibit for a convention and the location was close to perfect for the venue. It was just outside the city but close enough (5 min) where the drive wouldn't bother. Breakfast wasn't spectacular but eggs, sausage and waffles are perfect for this american.

Council Bluff

Only one night and the facility is being updated. The folks were friendly and efficient. The overall cleanliness was above average. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was well done and the eating area was clean. Additionally, it was very quiet. I did not hear people during the night or any highway traffic. I will stay again when in the area.

BridgePointe Inn is very basic, no frills. It is an older building. However, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. So if you are just looking for a place to sleep, it was very adequate.
