I can’t say anything good. I drove up there and they refused to honor the reservation for two twin, then they told me to go to another Extended Stay and they would help. The second location was also booked. I returned to the initial location and they told me that the room they were going to put me in didn’t have working water. They called a third location that was nearby, but that was booked. I had to contact Hotels.com for a refund, which I got, but they couldn’t help with finding a hotel either, if I had to drive further, fly in, or took a train, I’d have been stuck.
