Amazing relaxing stay

Beyond impressed
Every time we stay here, each stay outshines the previous one. Staff are not only knowledgeable and well trained, they are the kindest people ever. The rooms are immaculate, and the cleanliness is unparalleled to other hotels in the area. In a world so consumed with guest overturn and profit maximization, they clearly know how to it sll right and some other local places could really take a page out of their book.

The night manager is an a*hole
The nice receptionist/day manager said that I could leave a bag in storage during the day until I returned the next night for my reservation but the night manager refused to receive my bag and was very rude and obstructive even though I had left my bag in short storage several times before. The night manager had a very negative attitude and was rude. I made a booking elsewhere because I just did not want to deal with him anymore.

Horrible rude morning front desk man
Front desk man very rude when asked about where to go to get THEIR airport shuttle. The hotel is under renovation so the front door is blocked. Very very unclear and so nasty when asking for clarification at 4 am. It is a 24hr shuttle they advertise so there is absolutely no excuse!!

Stayed here for three days. They were under construction which we were unaware of. Limited food options around the area, but the room was nice and everything was renovated. Some things were a little dusty but nothing to crazy. Would definitely stay here again, people in the front were super nice.

We stayed one night before an early flight out because it is so close to the airport. It was fine. They are in the middle of construction but it was clearly marked. Room was clean. Check in was quick and fine. In the morning we went to check out and have the front desk call the shuttle. There was a man who was sleeping in a chair on the customer side who I assumed was a guest also waiting for the shuttle. He mumble “checking out?” so I said yes and continued to the desk, unaware he was an employee. He then mumbled something else with his hood up and face in his hands because he was still trying to sleep, and I didn’t respond. He then in an irritated tone said “do you have your keys?” And I said no, they are in the room. Then he said okay and pointed to the door and said “wait over there” and I said someone else waiting for the shuttle. Then I realized he did work there, just was incredibly unprofessional. I work night shift, have for many years. It’s hard sometimes, but there wasn’t even a thought of an attempt at professionalism here.

When we booked there was no mention of being under renovations. The rooms were not clean and we ended up leaving and did not spend the night. We basically checked in and after our event, checked out based on how dirty the rooms appeared.

I booked this hotel through expedia. There was no mention that it was a construction site. I checked in…I was followed up to my room by a strange man. I felt very uncomfortable. He stood outside my room..I did not feel comfortable going in so I went back down to the “lobby/construction site” and they had given my room number out in error to this guy. I asked for another room. Went there. The key did not work. Back down to the construction site again- I have been traveling for 15 hours….finally got to my room. I want to cancel my stay here on Sunday as there is nowhere to eat close by. The whole place is a shambles but Expedia won’t give me a refund. Will not be using it ever again.

I didn’t like that when I booked my room it said there was a restaurant and bar. The lady said it was on the booking site somewhere. It should have been in big letters! I ended up having a fab dinner next door. Great room and bed!
