    Shower did not work and poor staff

    Regardless of how new a property is, if you wake up in the morning and have to get ready for a meeting, and the shower does not work, it's horrible. This does relate to the cleanliness of the hotel. How can a shower not working not be reported if the cleaning staff is doing their job? And I think if it shows a Manager on Duty they should actually be at the property. I book hundreds of rooms for my employees all over the country, many at Marriott hotels. I have never run into a worse staff. In many other reviews, the staff is again the primary problem with this facility. If you have a bad staff you will end up with a bad hotel. This is obviously a problem with the manager of the hotel. She has no idea what she is doing.

    Fabulous property & Staff!

    Our family was traveling and decided to stop and rear for the night. This last minute hotel pick was perfect. The front desk clerk that checked us in for the night was the best. She was so welcoming and friendly I just can’t say enough about how great she was. Our room was nice and clean. We also were able to enjoy a hot breakfast before continuing our trip. I would definitely say at this location again.

    Very good location

    New hotel, bery clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. Location is great with lots of shopping and dining nearby. Casino just blocks away. The room seemed very humid, more so than it was outside. Not sure what the fix is for that. Will definitelyvstay again in the seasons with lower humidity.

    Nope, not for me.

    Hotel is nice and fairly new. Unfortunately, the room next to us had a dog. Clearly they would just leave the dog in the room and he wined and barked! I had to call the desk, it eventually stopped after over an hour! Exterior door to go out on pool patio wouldn't work. I got locked out. Pillows need replacing in rooms, they are awful!
