Very disappointed. We stayed on third floor.. when we arrived a pungent smell of curry was present. By midnite the smell came into our rooom. It was overwhelming, causing me to suffer an allergic reaction that I freezer with my breathing. I barely had any rest.

I am not one to complain, but the entire building smelled like old curry and I found three long hairs under one of the pillows. I did not see this until very late and was too tired to deal with it, but I did not sleep well..... on the other side of the bed.

The manager was EXTREMELY rude and would not let us check in. He tried to charge my card multiple times for the stay stating he did not receive the money for our stay. Even after showing him the confirmation and pre-checking in a day before us arriving. We had to cancel our stay and requested a refund. We went to a different hotel with EXTREMELY BETTER service.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! Breakfast was adequate (coffee could have been stronger for me); room was big, bed comfy, forest view from window, location was good for Show Low or Pinetop where my husband was playing softball; and it had a pool!
