Room was not clean and it's too smelly and water clog in bath tub. They don't have water for the visitors. I would suggest not to stay here. Even breakfast was horrible..

Wash basin was clogged, Bath tub was cracked. Support handle was missing from bath tub. Hotel staff has taken too long to fix clogged basin and after complaining about it they responded rudely and asked to exit from Hotel if not happy with service.

It wasnt great. The staff looked bother and one had to get off her phone. The room left something to be desired. Cracked window. There was garbage on the bathroom floor. Bar of soap from previous stay was still in the tub. Wondering if it was even cleaned. We took the hit and found another hotel.

The first thing we realized was the pool was closed, although it did not state this anywhere when booking/online and we purpose booked for the pool. Secondly, our room was not cleaned at all. Pillows were placed on the wrong bed with no pillow cases on them. The floor was filthy when we cleaned up a water spill. There was chips on the floor as well as dirt and hairs everywhere. Toothpaste on the mirror. Food in the fridge still, which hotel staff kindly gave me a bag to clean out myself. The final straw was the condition of the beds, which were clearly slept in and just remade. Hotel staff switched us to a different, cleaner room but I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No accommodations for guest after tearing the property up with construction no where for guests to sit or put bags just stand and wait for however long. Water was brown because of construction messing up pipes. Was told to just let the water run for 30 minutes until it turned clear again. Freezing in the hallways leading to the pool. Air unit was barely working. Either burning up or freezing. Awful

A l’arrivé du Check in on ce fait remettre une première chambre que le chauffage ne fonctionne pas par la suite un autre chambre qui ne fonctionne toujours pas le chauffage après ça une autre chambre que le ménage n’a pas été fait après on reçoit une chambre ok… la douche vraiment degeulasse nous n’avons même pas pris notre douche… dans le couloir on dirais des gens habite là ça fais que parlé jusqu’à 1-2 du matin et ça très fort… a 4h du matin un conflit surgirs ce qui réveille toute le monde… les murs sont fait en carton tu entent tout le monde parler… c’est triste mais nous ne reviendrons pas je leur souhaite juste de s’améliorer car une bannière comme quality inn m’a déçu.. en surplus ça dit non fumeur lol…

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the room was very clean and nice inside.. The Staff was super polite and friendly. The Continental breakfast was decent.. I would use a hotel again..

Check in went well, lady at the desk was super friendly and informative. Warned about the smoke alarms on check in, which I found was weird until I discovered it’s because so many people smoke in their rooms. Fire alarms were going off all night due to people smoking. They had an event booked in the hall, turns out our bedroom window was right at the smokers entrance so we had people standing at our window all night, which to say the least is not comforting when sleeping in an unfamiliar place. Air conditioner in the room was broken, was scorching hot all night. Someone broke the windows at the pool so it was closed unexpectedly. There was a LOT of dog poop around the property, I looked like jack sparrow walking to my car dodging poop grenades. Overall, probably wouldn’t return if in the area, experience wasn’t the best but I’m sure if the visitors respected the rules and didn’t smoke/cleaned up/ didn’t smash windows it would have been different. Only wish is that the staff removed guests who broke policies to avoid disruption to the guests who are respecting the rules. Fire alarms really get the blood flowing when waking you from your slumber.
