Biggest hotel that I ever stayed at

The back of the hotel is like an oasis. They have a bar set up by the pool, a path to scenery, and some good tunes going. It reminded me of being south. The room was okay. A lot smaller than I thought it would be for the price. It didn’t matter, we were not in it for very long. They need more elevators. We spent a lot of time in the morning waiting to either go up or down. We had to wait over half an hour to check in. The front desk staff didn’t have time for small talk or even to be very friendly. We were just processed through. The housekeeping staff add the personal touch. One stopped and helped me get ice. Another asked how my stay was going.

OVER RUN WITH FLIES IN THE DINING ROOM.

They need to do something to control the flies in the dining room. I can only image what the kitchen must be like.

Great location and view, but in decline

Great view, patio, and pool bar. Rooms are aging, and service not what it used to be. Surprise parking charge at checkout. Steaks were really not good at all at the restaurant.

For the price paid way too much noise and water all over the place from kids running in and out of hotel to the pool. Service and employees were very good but definitely not worth the money. Will be back in Fredericton in two weeks but will stay elsewhere.

We booked the Delta in Fredericton for 4 nights. Nice updated hotel with indoor and outdoor pools. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t clean, nor were our towels exchanged and beds made when our “do not disturb” sign was taken down. We moved the pullout for a better view of the tv and it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned under there for some time. Not a great experience getting into bed with debris all over the soles of your feet. Might as well have gone camping. On a positive note, the restaurant has delicious food with huge portions. We also enjoyed the refreshment station and Starbucks.

Checked in with ease, room very clean and well appointed, restaurant food & service excellent, only issue is the elevator access using a swipe card is only on one side with NO SIGNAGE on either side. System has to be learned from those already versed!!

Amazing place

My friend and i had an amazing time , bar tenders are really friendly and they go out of there way to mix a new drink for you . Check in was nice and friendly . We will be visiting this hotel again in the future.
