I stayed for two nights and overall the hotel itself was nice, but I did experience several issues during my stay. When we checked in, the front desk staff gave us incorrect directions to our room, which caused us to walk around for a while before finding it. I have health and leg problems, so that was especially difficult.
I also had an unpleasant encounter with one of the cleaning staff members who was very rude to me and my friend, which felt unprofessional. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows had almost no support. The TV was also difficult to use and neither Netflix nor YouTube would load properly.
Regarding late checkout, I was willing to pay for extra time, but when I called on the last morning I was only given until 12pm. I didn’t have a car and had a 5:30pm birthday reservation, so I was hoping for at least a 1–2pm checkout. Since we didn’t feel comfortable waiting in the lobby due to the staff interactions, we ended up waiting at a Dunkin’ instead.
